Stephan Brecht (born 1955) has as a fundamental background in the automotive and aeronautical industry. For about 25 years he has led companies in different countries as an executive and accomplished international success of these companies.

Stephan has a deep knowledge of marketing, sales and organization and is a proven restructuring manager. He is Tama's specialist for business development, business plans and marketing.

Dale Faux

Dale Faux (born 1953) has a background in Light Aviation, Light Sport Aircraft certification procedures and aviation convention management. Dale has been an active pilot since 1977 and involved in the Light Sport Aircraft industry since its inception. Dale specializes in aircraft assessment for market fitness and review of aircraft technical documents.

Christian Hartig

Christian Hartig (born 1977) is Tama’s specialist for strategic marketing and sustainable brand management. Christian has trained as banker and holds a master degree of business sciences (Magister/MCI). He has worked for the BMW AG in the proving section, communication (department Mobile Tradition) and controlling. In Switzerland he worked several years as a business unit manager for an international media company. As a freelancer he has executed several project orders in the United States of America and Mexico. Christian is managing Tama’s projects in German-speaking countries (GER/CH/A) and Latin America.

David Nilson

David (born 1960) is an aircraft maintenance engineer with a fundamental background in aircraft maintenance, manufacturing, design and certification. In his career he has accomplished highly complex overhauls and modifications from the Boeing 727 to the DHC-3 Otter Floatplane.David has a deep knowledge of quality management (Iso 9000 series) and is approved by Transport Canada Civil Aviation for quality management systems. He is as well managing his own company International Aeroproducts Inc.

Philip Hui

Philip Hui (born 1950) is a businessman for decades. Philip´s background education was a licensed aeronautical engineer and pilot with a diploma from Britain´s Air University AST Perth Scotland. He has also worked with Cathay Pacific Airways and Ansett Airlines of Australia as a planning and production engineer. Now Philip is living in Vancouver Canada and his primary businesses are merger and acquisition with Chinese clients in the general aviation sector.
