1. For Sale - recreational aircraft company
Key factors : The company has developed a 2-seater recreational aircraft powered by a diesel engine. The aircraft was originally designed by Martin Hollmann.
The company comes with a flying and licensed aircraft and all needed molds and toolings to start a serial production. Production as kit or ready to fly airplane. For serial production the airplane has to get certified according to FAR23. The airplane design allows a whole airplane family (LSA, 4-seater, turbine powered). Production can be moved to any reasonable place in the world.

2. For Sale- FAR 23 certified aircraft design
Key factors : FAR23 certified airplane design, 2-seater , full metal, VFR/IFR, North America,
The asset deal includes all assets related to the aircraft as molds and jigs, Type Certificate, Supplemental Type Certificates, production plans, quality records, range of spare parts allowing to start production quickly, thoroughly maintained demonstrator aircraft in excellent condition. Production can be moved to any reasonable place in the world.
The company is already in the process to certify the airplane according to FAR 23, the airplane has started flight testing in 2012.

3. For Sale – General Aircraft Company
Key factors :World-wide known leading producer of kit airplanes, several aircraft designs from single-
seat to six seats/ more than 1200 airplanes delivered up to today. Including all available molds and jigs, 3D drawings, production planning, spare parts, customer list. The seller provides on top extensive training how to buld the aircraft kits at his factory before transfer. Production can be moved to any reasonable place in the world.

4. For Sale – Medical Device Company
Key Factors : Unique, new development, live saving product, world-wide demand, lean company, Iso Certification, “Made in Germany” registered in Europe and some Arabic countries, completely documented and clinical proven product.
Company is for sale because the development of the product is finished. The company comes with the complete intellectual property for the product, a huge production know how and registrations. The production is currently outsourced and can be transferred to another country. The support of the current owners to launch a new production is already agreed

5. Equity- Bio-tech Company
Key Factors : Start-up which has developed two unique food testing devices for Tuna fish as first
products. More food testing devices for other applications are actually in preparation . Low cost company with lean production in Canada. Equity is asked to finalize the AOAC certification, marketing and stock of the ready to sell products and to proceed with developments of additional products.
